Group Booking details

Nikhita and Samarth have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST be booked through their group block on this site, in order to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential issues, to be given priority access to rooming requests, and to be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom’s group. Guests booking on third party websites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) or on the hotel website directly will not be able to access wedding events.

While there is a 3-night minimum, most guests choose to add nights up to 3 days before and 3 days after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on December 10–12, 2026. Please feel free to take advantage of this group rate from December 7–15, 2026, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy Note: Less than 89 days prior arrival (OCTOBER 31, 2026), cancellation will be 100% charged.

Rates

Up to 2 children (ages 0 to 17) are allowed per room, as maximum occupancy allows. Children (ages 3 to 12) and teens (ages 13 to 17) are charged per person, per night at the applicable rate shown in the pricing table and rates vary by room category.

All rates are in USD and include hotel taxes and fees; Must book using All Inclusive Group Rates to attend events; 3 night minimum required; A 33 MXN peso/night (~$2.00 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change.

Reservations are confirmed with full payment at the time of booking. Once confirmed, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico’s visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

What time is check-in and check-out at Grand Palladium Costa Mujures?

Check‑in is from 3:00 PM and check‑out by 12:00 PM. Reservations made through WeddingPlan360 will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

Can I stay for just 2 nights?

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at sales@weddingplan360.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through WeddingPlan360 allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
